My Holiday

I am on holiday in the UK.  Read about all my wonderful adventures...

What a long trip! In the weekend I travelled to Auckland on Jet Star. Jet star is a tipe of plane. We stopped at the airport for a little wile to have a brake from the plane and then we hopped back on to the plane and we zoomed off to the next kutry (country) the next kutry was kalled Australia. We stopped there to have a shower and then we flew off to Dubai on Emirates. On Emirates you get to watch moves. There are lots and lots of moves on the plane. We had to sleep on the plane but Charlie and I couldn't get to sleep, so we pretty much stayed up for most of the night. Next, we stopped at the airport in England.... 

When we were waiting for my grandma we want to buy some butter popcorn and two bottles of water. After that we went outside, waiting and waiting and waiting until she finally got there. Then she picked us up. We went to my cuzins house there name is Jake and Charlotte. Then we had shepped pie then Baa came. Do you know that Baa in Indian means grandma? She is my daddy's grandma. Then we had to get in the car AGAIN! we drove up to Bedford to Aunty Sonia's house to also see Cameron, jasmine and Uncle Tom who is a policeman. In the morning we drove to Poornima mami and Rammesh mamas house. (Mami and mama means Aunty and uncle in Indian). Charlie and I went on the bouncy trampoline and do you know, when charlie hopped off Uncle Tom came on and bounced with me. Uncle Tom did a flip on the bouncy trampoline. Uncle Tom said to me "im hopping off now" then my daddy came on and he did a flip. Once he did a flip he double bounced me and then it was time for dinner. We had potato curry for dinner. Next we went to home and we brushed our teeth and put our jammies on, and next, off to bed. 

In the morning, we had brekkie and then we got dressed and went out shopping. After that we went swimming. There was a wave pool. We felt hungry so we went to the park for a picknike. Grandma & Poornima mami joined us and they brought crisps (chippies). After the picknike we went home and went to bed. 

The next morning we drove to the sinse muzem (science museum) in London. First we saw a steam engine, next we saw rokits and then we saw a pese of the moon. Then we had lunch. I had a slice of cheese pizza and popcorn. Then we went to see the planes. We learned about your brane. Then we went home. What a long adventure!!!!

Redwoods

Wow!  Manuka hub hopped on a bus to get to Te Mata Peak.  Once the green bus took us to the car park we started walking along the narrow and muddy path.  Manuka hub walked on the purple sign path up and down the steep hill.  We stopped in the little Redwoods to have morning tea.  After we had morning tea we carried on walking along the narrow path until we got to the big Redwoods.  When we finally got to the big Redwoods they were humungous.  No one can climb the big Redwood trees.  In the big Redwoods there was a steep and grassy hill that I climbed up so I could run down the hill.  When I was running down the hill I fell down on my bottom but then I jumped back up and I carried on running down the rest of the hill.  Then Mr Dickson called the whistle that means come in for lunch so everyone did.  After lunch I went back up the hill again.  Once I came down we went back to school.  What a long trip!

We have 8 children in our class who play Saturday rugby.  This afternoon they became the coaches and each worked with a group of children, teaching them rugby skills!  They all did an amazing job and we all learned lots of new tips and skills!  Thank you Neena, Max W, Blake, Izrael, Shikane, Noah, Alexia and Callum.

Manuka Hub's Picnic

Guess what?  Manuka Hub walked to Windsor park on Thursday. It was very hot on the way to Windsor park. We went to feed the ducks and have morning tea and then started walking again to Windsor park.  We walked past Splash Planet and then we saw Windsor park and we finally got to sit under the trees.  Surprise! Mr Gifkins brought Manuka Hub some icy ice blocks They were yummy.
